An established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced PLC Programmer to design, test, and maintain automation systems. This role requires expertise in PLC programming, electrical schematics, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless production processes.

Minimum Requirements:
Qualified Electrician with Grade 12 and Trade Certificate
A minimum of 5 years of PLC programming and instrumentation experience within a manufacturing environment.
Strong ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams.
Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety protocols.
Proficiency in creating schematics, writing and installing PLC programs, and testing system efficiency.
Ability to attend to breakdowns and emergency repairs as needed.
Ensure availability of materials, spare parts, and equipment.
Adherence to environmental and quality standards.
Sound judgment in component replacements and system enhancements.
Maintain accurate records of inspections and compliance checks.
Completion of job cards and required documentation.
Computer literacy in Delta PLC, CorelDRAW, and Pastel is advantageous.
Valid driver’s license, passport and willingness to travel internationally.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain PLC-controlled systems for automation processes.
Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and programming adjustments.
Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize production efficiency.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
Conduct regular system checks and preventative maintenance.
