Our client, a stationery material manufacturer, is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Representative.

Reporting to the Business Department Manager, the Sales Representative will be responsible for proactively driving sales and meeting targets.

Key Roles and Responsibilities include:

• Improve product and industry knowledge
• Proactively identify business development opportunities
• Implement effective sales strategies
• Meet role requirement and targets such as lead generation, sales, and client retention
• Maintain relations with existing clients and build an ongoing client profile with new clients
• Attend to all client queries and log resolutions into the CRM
• Identify networking opportunities by attending workshops, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the organization’s products
• Collaborate with the team in planning and implementing campaigns to drive business growth and client retention.
• Submit a weekly lead and sales report

Essential Skills:

• Grade 12 [Matric]
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience in stationery sales is an advantage
• Must have a driver’s license and own reliable transport
