Roles

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide tailored solutions to customers based on their needs and preferences.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent post-sale support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Participate in training and development to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
