About the Role
We’re looking for a highly creative, dynamic, and proactive Graphic Designer to join our innovative team. In this hybrid role based in Johannesburg, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional visual content. We’re seeking a go-getter who’s not afraid to step beyond traditional design work and contribute to strategic projects that support our brand and business growth. Candidates with experience in management consulting, financial services, or banking will be strongly considered, as familiarity with corporate environments and client-focused deliverables is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-impact visual content for digital, social media, and print platforms
• Develop and refine logos, brand collateral, and typography elements, ensuring brand consistency
• Create visually engaging presentations, proposals, and reports using MS Office (PowerPoint and Word)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualise and deliver creative solutions for various projects
• Contribute to strategic business projects beyond traditional design tasks
• Optimise designs for different formats, ensuring polished delivery across multiple platforms
• Maintain and update design templates for internal and external communications
• Support marketing and business development teams with impactful storytelling visuals

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a management consulting, financial services, or banking environment
• A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of work, including branding, logo design, typography, and corporate presentations
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Word) to create polished, professional presentations
• Strong attention to detail and a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and deliver high-impact designs
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver with excellence
• A go-getter with a growth mindset who’s eager to contribute to broader business initiatives
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
• Experience in digital design, motion graphics, or web design is a plus
