Key Responsibilities
As a software engineering lead, you will be responsible for steering the technical excellence within the team and ensuring the successful delivery of the project. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, solution architects, and engineering teams, to define and execute the technical roadmap. Some of your duties include:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the technical roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
• Drive the design and development for the project, ensuring scalability, reliability, supportability, and security.
• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact and relevance to our business.
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, driving alignment and execution.
• Follow best practices and processes to streamline development.
