Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.
- Client Communication: Assist with client communication, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and increase efficiency.
- Project Support: Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives.
Required Skills
- Customer Service: 3 to 4 years
- Attention To Detail: 4 to 5 years
- Cross-Functional Liaison: 3 to 4 years
- Advanced Proficiency In MS Office Applications: 3 to 4 years
Candidate Requirements
- Grade12 (matric) or equivalent; National Certificate in Business Administration or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive and proactive attitude.

My Journey
Mitchell's Plain, Cape Town, where I grew up, I never imagined I would be able to accomplish what I have in the last 15 years.
