Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced People Partner to join our dynamic team within the FMCG sector. This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping and implementing strategic people initiatives to cultivate a highly engaged and high-performing workforce. The ideal candidate will bring a profound understanding of HR practices specific to the FMCG industry, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders and line managers to develop and execute people strategies that align with the business goals and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and career development.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the selection of top-quality candidates who fit the company culture and values.
- Coordinate and administer the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
- Proactively address performance issues and provide coaching and support to improve employee performance and engagement.
- Work closely with the learning and development team to identify training and development needs and develop and deliver appropriate programs.
- Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to drive a culture of motivation, teamwork, and high performance.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and employment legislation to ensure compliance and recommend improvements to HR processes and policies.
- Participate in the budgeting process and monitor the spending to ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes and contribute to various HR projects as required.

Candidate Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CIPD or SHRM would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with specific experience in the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and industry trends within the FMCG sector.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and employee engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering impactful HR strategies and initiatives.
- Proficiency in HR information systems, MS Office, and other relevant software applications.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
