Job Description
The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. This role will collaborate with various departments to assess training needs and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Purpose of the Job: To develop and deliver learning programmes which develop the operational and technical knowledge and skills of field operations employees and teams.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Driver’s Licence
Diploma in Education Training and & Development (Adult Learning)
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) – Intermediate Level
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the FMCG retail environment
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Corporate Training or Coaching role
Ownership of a Smart Mobile Phone > This is a Non-negotiable requirement and a condition of employment. Ownership of a Smart Mobile Phone will allow you to make use of the company mandated communication app.
Skills:
· Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
· Proficiency in learning technologies.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to analyse data and report on training effectiveness.
· Creative problem-solving and project management skills.
