Job Purpose:
The Operations Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative functions within the PnS Group. This role involves coordinating with various internal teams, ensuring smooth operation of day-to-day tasks, and implementing efficient administrative processes to support the overall functioning of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage day-to-day administrative tasks within the PnS Group, including but not limited to: scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing travel arrangements, processing expense reports, and coordinating with other departments.
2. Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency within the department.
3. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
4. Collaborate with other team members to support project initiatives and ensure deadlines are met.
5. Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports and presentations as needed.
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to departmental activities.
7. Monitor and track departmental budgets and expenses, reporting any discrepancies or issues to management.
8. Provide support to the leadership team as needed, including handling confidential information with discretion.

Candidate Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
6. Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
8. Knowledge of administrative processes and best practices.
