The Client Admin Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the administrative functions related to client accounts. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of client services, as well as maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between clients and internal teams
- Manage client accounts, including account setup, billing, and contract administration
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of client deliverables
- Monitor and track client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, based on trust and transparency
- Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client account status and performance.

Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in client services, account management, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships
- Familiarity with CRM software and other client management tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
