Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and profitability within the region
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure performance targets are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and retailers in the region

Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

My Journey
