An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and driven General Manager to take the lead at a well-established automotive retail and workshop outlet in Komatipoort. This role requires a hands-on leader to oversee operations across sales, customer service, inventory, workshop management, team leadership, and financial performance.

Requirements:

A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related field
At least 5 years of management experience, ideally in the automotive or retail sector
Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent communication skills
Proven track record in driving sales and managing financial performance
Solid understanding of inventory control and workshop operations
Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach
Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
