A well established company based in Cape Town is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (PR) QS.
Duties:
- Elemental estimating: Accurate forecasting of construction project costs
- Construction cost management: Monitoring and managing budgets throughout project lifecycle
- Monthly progress reports: Creating and analyzing reports on construction progress
- Cost reports: Preparing detailed cost analysis reports
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- BSc QS (Hons) Degree ot BTech (QS)
- Must have minimum 3-5 years experience post registration as a PR (QS)
- Minimum 8 years post qualification
- Private sector experience
- Must be registered with SACQSP
Computer Literacy:
- WinQS
- DimX (Essential)
