Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial tasks, ensuring accurate reconciliations, and maintaining smooth financial operations within a dynamic restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare accurate bank and account reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to ensure accurate financial forecasting and budgeting.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounts function (restaurant industry experience preferred).
- Thorough understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Proven ability to produce accurate reconciliations and financial reports.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
