This high-complexity role requires a seasoned Full Stack Developer with strong leadership skills to oversee product and industry-focused software delivery. Responsibilities include designing and debugging solutions, managing a development team, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, and staying current with tech trends and security best practices. Proficiency in ORM, Hibernate, OO, REST, SOAP, and DevOps is essential.

Key Requirements

Core Requirements:

·        Experience:

o   10+ years in software development (full lifecycle).

o   Strong people management and team leadership skills.

o   Experience with Agile methodology.

o   Strong background in Java, Angular, React, and Spring Boot.

o   Expertise in MySQL database design, ORM, Hibernate, and REST APIs.

o   Experience with containerization (Kubernetes, Docker) and Azure DevOps.

o   Proficient with IntelliJ, Git, and unit testing frameworks.

·        Technical Skills:

o   Proficiency in Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and software design patterns.

o   Strong experience in system architecture design and scalable solutions.

o   Knowledge of CI/CD, TDD, and Pair Programming.

o   Security and compliance awareness (data protection, privacy regulations).

o   Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
