- Responsible for preparing and reviewing management accounts.
- Responsible for reviewing salary, prepaid and receipting recons.
- Responsible for preparing reconciliations between two accounting systems monthly, e.g. Sitelink and MRI
- Reviewing VAT201 submissions and recons.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining cash flows and preparing Budget vs Actuals
- Responsible for preparing and reviewing adjustment accounts for properties acquired or disposed
- Responsible for acquisition and disposal journals and capital gain tax calculations.
- Assist with on/-off boarding of properties on MRI
- Responsible for assisting with tax planning.
- Responsible for preparing annual financial statements and assisting with Audit queries.
