We are is seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee operations, drive sales, and ensure the efficient management of our refrigeration business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence at the branch level.
Oversee daily operations, sales, and service delivery at the branch.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
Manage a team, providing leadership, training, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Retail: 3 to 4 years
- Sales: 3 to 4 years
- Refrigeration Experience: 3 to 4 years
- Technical Refrigeration Product Knowledge : 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
Matric
5 years Branch Management Experience (Refrigeration Experience beneficial)
Strong Leadership Ability
Technical refrigeration product knowledge
Technical industry knowledge (Has existing networks in
the industry)
Intermediate MS Office
Proficient Excel skills
