Duties and Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of the finance and risk function, with strategic oversight
• Lead executive-level reporting and financial planning, including board engagement
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape business direction and ensure sustainability
• Provide commercial insight and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to elevate business performance
• Oversee broader operational and HR-related responsibilities as required

 
Experience and Skills Required:

• CA(SA) qualification
• Minimum 5 years in a CFO or executive-level financial leadership role
• Deep experience in board reporting, corporate governance, and strategic finance
