An opportunity for an Accountant.

Join a leading property company renowned for its dynamic portfolio and commitment to excellence in the real estate sector. My client, a leading property company, with almost 2 decades of success in the South African and Sub-Saharan African markets, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join their high-performing finance team.

Duties:

Maintain fixed assets
Review bank reconciliations
Tax
Prepare monthly financial packs
Prepare monthly journals
Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS
Assist Property Managers with finance related issues relating to the property portfolio under management

Education and Experience:

BCom Accounting Honours
Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles
2 years post-articles experience is required
Experience with CaseWare is an advantage
Experience with MS Excel is required
