About the Role:

My client is seeking an experienced warehouse manager to oversee their main warehouse located in Witbank and 3 smaller satellite warehouses at other group sites. This role requires strong leadership, stock management expertise, and logistics oversight to ensure efficient operations, compliance with international safety standards, and zero stock loss. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain management, procurement policies, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage stock control across multiple warehouses, ensuring system accuracy and minimal discrepancies.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly stock counts, manage ageing reports.
• Ensure efficient warehouse operations, including goods receiving, stock issuing, and safety compliance.
• Implement and maintain international safety standards across all warehouse locations.
• Lead and manage a team of four, including a warehouse supervisor and warehouse assistants.
• Monitor and improve staff performance, training, and adherence to warehouse SOPs.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to the Business Unit Manager
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
