Employer: West Coast Personnel

Are you a master at planning, juggling schedules, and staying calm under pressure? We’re looking for an experienced Operations & Scheduling Supervisor to take charge of scheduling and forward planning for our fleet of 105 vehicles. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role at the heart of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily vehicle scheduling & forward planning
Handle last-minute changes (breakdowns, driver issues, new bookings)
Support the operations team and manage disciplinary action
Ensure smooth, efficient fleet utilization

You’ll need:

Grade 12, Code B driver’s license & reliable transport
5+ years’ fleet scheduling (30+ vehicles, irregular schedules)
Strong English skills (written & spoken)
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Proven disciplinary experience (as an initiator)
Solid understanding of fuel analysis & vehicle utilization
Flexibility to work outside normal hours & weekly standby duty
