Job Description:
We are looking for Junior Consultants across various industries/sectors to join the team and lead on delivering strategic and transformation projects for small to medium-sized businesses.

Responsibilities include:
Leading and delivering consulting engagements end-to-end

Working directly with clients to solve complex operational and commercial challenges

Designing business cases, operating models, and implementation plans

Providing structure, clarity and rigour across client projects

Managing client relationships and independently driving workstreams

Working across multiple industries and functions

Candidate Requirements

Experience:

Graduate or Apprentice with a minimum of 2 years'of consulting experience

At least 2+ years spent at a recognised consulting organisation (e.g. Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, McKinsey, Bain, BCG, LEK, Oliver Wyman, etc.)

Completion of the firm’s full training programme

Achieved at least one promotion during tenure

Exposure to two or more industries and/or business domains

Demonstrated ability to work remotely and independently

Skills:

Strong analytical, planning and project management skills

Sound understanding of business and commercial practices, including:

Management accounting

P&L and Balance Sheet structures

Financial planning and analysis

Budgeting and corporate reporting

Business case development, including NPV calculations

Knowledge of IT systems and business improvement tools

Experience across the full consulting project lifecycle

High-level communication and presentation skills

Ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision

Capable of liaising with mid- to senior-level client stakeholders
