Our client is seeking a dynamic and professional Lodge Anchor to support the daily operations at their luxury 5-star game lodge. As a vital link between lodge management, staff, and guests, you will ensure a seamless, high-end guest experience while maintaining their world-class hospitality standards. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily lodge operations and guest relations
• Overseeing front-of-house activities and coordinating with housekeeping and kitchen teams
• Welcoming and hosting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs
• Handling guest feedback and resolving issues promptly
• Supporting the training and supervision of junior staff
• Ensuring lodge standards are consistently upheld across all touchpoints

Requirements:

• 2–3 years experience in a similar role at a luxury lodge or hotel
• Hospitality or tourism qualification preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Professional, guest-focused, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with lodge systems such as PANstrat, Opera, or ResRequest an advantage
• Valid driver’s license
