The Financial Manager will be responsible for pro-actively managing the financial health of the company and its subsidiaries by directing financial planning and investing opportunities for growth, efficiencies and long-term financial sustainability.

KPA’s and KPI’s will include: Strategic Financial Management Approach for Future Fit: *Financial- and Corporate Governance *Financial analyses *Capital Projections *Finance Systems *Compliance & Risk Assurance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Financial Accounting and completed SAICA articles;

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar financial managerial position in the agricultural industry;

• Excellent computer skills (MS Office & accounting software);

• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English);

• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.

Advantageous:

• Registration as Chartered Accountant and experience in a multi-national company preferred.
