Sleutelverantwoordelikhede:
Bestuur die personeellede en verseker die akkurate en tydige invordering van uitstaande skuld.
- Bestuur 4 spanne oproepsentrum personeellede.
Goeie begrip van betalingsisteme in die NPS, met spesifieke fokus op DebiCheck.
Verseker dat rekonsiliasies tussen die versamelingsplatform en ander versamelingsplatforms tydig gedoen word om te verseker dat alle sake in elke status werk.
Verantwoordelik vir die Belsentrum en die operasionele doeltreffendheid van hierdie omgewing. Dit sal gedoen word deur spanleiers te bestuur en te bemagtig deur die vaardighede wat in die invorderingsbedryf verkry is.
Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal verantwoordelik wees vir strategiese planne en realistiese, bereikbare mylpaalbereiking. Dit sal gedoen word deur mikro- en makro-analises, inisiatiewe en die uitvoering van verskeie invorderingsveldtogte.
Stel betalingsaktiveringdoelwitte en teikens vir die relevante spanne.
Skep en implementeer 'n strategie om die invordering van uitstaande krediet te verbeter.
Implementeer versamelingsbeleide en -prosedures om oorvloedige uitstaande krediet te vermy.
Verseker dat die maatskappy se beleid rakende invorderings gevolg word en dat dit in lyn is met die nasionale krediet-reguleerder (NCR) se riglyne.
Implementeer sperdatums vir die invordering van betalings.
Onderhandel met kliënte wanneer betalings nie plaasvind nie.
Bly op hoogte van enige wetgewende prosedurele opleiding rakende skuldinvordering.
Skep en implementeer strategieë om die aantal suksesvolle invorderings van uitstaande skuld te verhoog.
Vaardighede en Kwalifikasies:
- 'n Graad of Diploma is voordelig
Kennis van versamelingsprosesse en -prosedures.
Gedetailleerde begrip van betalingsisteme in die NPS met DebiCheck as die voorkeurmetode.
Ervaring in die bestuur van 'n invorderingspan.
Sterk kantoorbegrip met uitstekende EXCEL vaardighede.
Sterk analitiese en probleemoplossingsvaardighede.
Uitstekende kommunikasie- en onderhandelingsvaardighede.
Vaardigheid in Belsentrum sagteware.
Gedetailleerde kennis van telefonie-stelsels.
Vermoë om in 'n vinnigbewegende omgewing te werk en tegnieke vir inkomende en uitgaande oproepe en strategieë te verstaan.
Gedetailleerde begrip van veldtogstrategieë.
In-diepte kennis van DebiCheck en verskillende verifikasie- en invorderingsmeganismes.

Our client is a dynamic company involved in the collections industry. The company focuses on managing outstanding debt and optimizing the collections process to ensure all overdue debt is collected on time. The team is dedicated to excellence and the implementation of effective strategic plans to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee staff members and ensure the accurate and timely collection of outstanding debt.
- Manage 4 teams of call centre staff.
In-depth understanding of payment systems in the NPS with an emphasis on DebiCheck.
Ensure reconciliations between the collection platform and other collection platforms are done timeously to ensure all matters in new and default are worked on.
Responsible for the Collections Call Centre and the operational effectiveness of this environment. This will be done by managing and empowering team leaders through skills obtained in the collections industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic plans and realistic achievable milestone achievement. This will be done by micro and macro analyses, initiatives, and execution of various collection campaigns.
Set payment activation goals and targets for the relevant teams.
Create and implement a strategy to improve the collection of outstanding credit.
Implement collection policies and procedures to avoid excessive outstanding credit.
Ensure that the company policy on recoveries is followed and that it is in line with the National Credit Regulator Guidelines.
Implement deadlines for payment collection.
Negotiate with customers when non-payment occurs.
Stay informed of any legislative procedural training regarding debt collection.
Create and implement strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debt.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma is beneficial
Knowledge of collections processes and procedures.
Detailed understanding of payment systems in the NPS with DebiCheck as the preferred method.
Experience in managing a collections team.
Strong office understanding with excellent EXCEL skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Call Centre Software.
Detailed knowledge of telephony systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and understand techniques for inbound and outbound calls and strategies.
Detailed understanding of campaign strategies.
In-depth knowledge of DebiCheck and various authentication and collections mechanisms.
Proven track record of managing at least 5 teams with 100 agents.
