- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong emphasis on IT solutions.

- A customer-centric approach with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in navigating technical conversations and translating business needs into solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for technology and a desire to make a significant impact.
- Familiarity with CRMs and a data-driven approach to pipeline management.
