Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced leader in the retail industry, is seeking a talented and driven Group Accountant to join their team based in Johannesburg South. This is not just another accounting role — it’s an opportunity to shape financial operations, lead a team, and contribute to the continued growth of a thriving business.

Duties:

Preparation and consolidation of annual financial statements.
Coordination and management of the audit process.
Financial analysis and reporting across multiple business units.
Supporting operational decision-making through insightful data.
Implementation and improvement of financial controls and procedures.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:
- CA(SA) qualification – essential
Experience:
- 2–3 years post-articles experience in finance/accounting
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of IFRS
- Experience in a retail environment (advantageous)
