Hire Resolve's client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic project team. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in building and civil engineering projects and possess strong cost management skills. You’ll play a key role in ensuring financial efficiency across various phases of construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.

• Conduct cost analysis and manage project budgets from inception to completion.

• Assess contractor variations and progress claims.

• Assist in procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting.

• Perform on-site measurements and liaise regularly with clients, contractors, and consultants.

• Support senior team members in project delivery and stakeholder coordination.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in building and civil engineering, preferably within a reputable PQS (Professional Quantity Surveying) firm.

• Registered as a Candidate Quantity Surveyor (CanQS) with SACQSP.

• Proficiency in WINQS, dimensionX, and MS Project is essential.

• Willing and able to travel extensively to project sites.

• Minimum BTech/BSc degree in Quantity Surveying.
