Job Opportunity: Construction Manager – Highrise Buildings (Pretoria/Johannesburg)

Are you a driven and experienced Construction Manager with a passion for Highrise Building projects? Our client is seeking a talented individual to oversee building projects based in either Pretoria or Johannesburg.

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and control of building projects from inception to completion. You will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Oversee all on-site construction activities.

·       Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel.

·       Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.

·       Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

·       Manage project documentation and reporting.

·       Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers.

·       Problem-solving and proactive risk management.

Qualifications and Experience:

·       Bachelor's degree in Engineering. (BTech or BEng)

·       5-8 years of experience working with Highrise Buildings.

·       Professional registration with SACPCMP or PMI.

·       Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.

·       Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents.
