Purpose of Position:
Lead the internal sales team Ensure that the team is operating effectively Help the company to develop and grow Sales quotes and orders need to be processed correctly and timeously Ensure that quotes are followed up Create and manage client expectations
KeyResponsibilities:
Working alongside the Managing Director and other company executives to grow the company (group of companies).
Establish strong inter-departmental relationships.
Establish strong client relationships.
Drive the internal sales team to meet and exceed the company target.
Ensure that the sales team is operating effectively.
Provide input into pricing strategies to retain and expand the business
Identify new market opportunities.
Provide support to the external sales executives and production team, to keep stakeholders engaged and committed.
Technical sales support for sales team.
Authority:
Financial: Quotes and Sales Orders.
General: Lead the team with the executive to grow the company. Can be expanded once capabilities have been proven.
