Our Client in the freight and container transport industry is seeking a motivated Fleet Controller to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicating daily with drivers

Planning and problem solving to best assist operations

Live tracking of drivers

Ensure drivers comply with company policies and procedures

Truck and equipment inspections

Complete internal insurance procedure for all accidents and incidents

Maintain good recording keeping of drivers information

General administrative duties

Candidate Requirements

Experience:

•Minimum of 2 years experience in a general administrative role

•Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Fleet Controller (advantageous)

•Experience working at a logistics company (advantageous)

Requirements:

•Matric certificate

•Good all-round knowledge and experience of general administrative duties

•Good understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Office

•Excellent attention to detail

•Excellent organizational skills

•Excellent time management skills

•Good problem-solving skills

•Ability to work fast and efficiently

•Ability to work as a team

•Working times: 07:00 – 17:00
