What’s the role?

You will be responsible for:

• Oversee and execute the production plan, ensuring targets are met efficiently.
• Identify and report any production issues to management for resolution.
• Train staff to improve performance, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
• Enforce staff discipline to maintain a productive work environment.
• Schedule shifts and allocate resources effectively to maximize output.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to uphold product and process standards.
