Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the operations of food and beverage services in establishments
Staff & budgeting management, menu planning, quality control and customer service
Operational Oversight Managing day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets, including scheduling, workflow, and staff performance.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
A deep understanding of food and beverage trends and customer service excellence

Requirements

Matric
Micros System Experience required
