Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with experience in Abnormal Transport (Heavy Haulage)? We're on the hunt for a Fleet Controller to join a leading player in the abnormal transport industry!

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily fleet operations and driver schedules
Monitor vehicle performance and ensure compliance
Track locations, troubleshoot transport issues, and ensure timely deliveries
Oversee maintenance schedules and liaise with workshop teams
Maintain accurate records of fuel usage, driver hours & vehicle inspections
Enforce safety protocols and industry regulations
Deliver top-tier service to clients and support driver performance

What You’ll Need:

Grade 12
Experience in the abnormal/heavy haulage industry (preferred)
Computer literate with strong MS Office skills
Strong communication, time management & problem-solving abilities
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of Navis system (advantageous)
