The company is seeking a Legal Advisor with extensive Legal experience to advise and manage its business matters.
Crescent Star Pty Ltd invests in a wide range of assets which include properties and businesses.
The company has a team of select individuals that provide high-end advisory and business management expertise to further its own needs.
We are seeking an experienced business-minded individual who would lead the company's engagements providing both Legal & Business direction, reporting directly to the CEO.
Note:
Crescent Star Pty Ltd is a non-listed private entity thus there is no website or listings for the company.
A Experienced Attorney, with extensive term served at Legal Offices, offering a wide variety of legal advice and skills, who would provide direction to the company on matters, on a day to day basis.
Provide legal advice and counsel to the company, reporting directly to the CEO.
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for internal operation, management, and organization.
- Advise the company on legal matters involving legal definition, regulations and legislation.
- Prepare legal documents, such as contracts and agreements.
- Execute necessary legal documents and records.
- Perform independent legal research, analysis, and report writing.
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization within the relevant legal and business framework
- Interpret legal implications, regulations and legislation.
- Assist in the protection of company assets.
- Ensure legal protection of organizational assets.
- Providing expert business advisory and directly engaging with service providers or companies in this regard.
- Document management and administration of all internal items.
In addition, the following would be important:
- Attention to detail;
- Excellent writing skills;
- Appreciation for deadlines, discrete and able to uphold confidentiality;
- Ability to multitask and strong decision-making ability;
- Good attitude and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to communicate with people at all levels;
- Ability to plan, organise and work effectively.
Candidate Requirements
Highly Experienced Generalist Attorney - Au Fait with Islamic Shariah Laws.
5+ years post-candidacy experience minimum.
LLB / LLM / BCom Legal - MBA / Master's degree or similar necessary.
Self-employed also open to apply.
Attorney, Advocate, Legal Advisor.

Proven experience as an Attorney, Corporate Lawyer, Legal Counsel or similar position.

A professional attorney’s license of law practice or similarly experienced.

Excellent knowledge of all regulatory & corporate law.
