Coordinate the activities of various production functions to ensure operations run efficiently and effectively.
Delegate tasks, lead and support production employees and contractors, and motivate teamwork to achieve set targets.
Plan and organise resource allocation to ensure best agricultural practices are implemented on time and to standard.
Measure and monitor productivity and quality and propose solutions to promote continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including health and safety, SIZA and integrated crop management.
Financial and administrative support, including annual budget assumptions.
Actively manage new plantings.
Performing maintenance tasks and specific requests from the owner.
