Job Title: Media Sales / Account Manager

Hire Resolves Client are seeking a motivated and experienced Media Sales / Account Manager to join their team in Rosebank, Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients in the media sector, building strong client relationships, and driving sales through presenting our media products and services.

• Identify and prospect potential clients within the media sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and goals.
• Present and pitch our media products and services to clients, showcasing their value and benefits.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities.
• Provide excellent client service and support throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements:

• Diploma (in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, or Media Studies)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a media sales or advertising-related role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Familiarity with media platforms and advertising tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
