CRM Specialist 

Our client is looking for a highly skilled CRM specialist with expertise in CRM systems and a strong background in renewable energy to improve our operational efficiency. This role will focus on CRM management, energy monitoring, workflow automation, and EPC/O&M process optimization. 📍 Location: Remote, but you must be available for (US East Coast hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) /  SA hours (2:00PM - 11 PM)
💰 Salary: R40 000 - R50 000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

CRM System & Asset Management:
• Manage and optimize CRM workflows to handle client data, asset records, warranties, and service requests.
• Ensure smooth integration of CRM with energy monitoring platforms and automation tools.
• Improve data accuracy, collaboration, and reporting between EPC and O&M teams.

Project & Workflow Automation:
• Develop Smartsheet/Smartsuite workflows and dashboards to track project progress.
• Automate task management and reporting for improved team efficiency.
• Integrate CRM and project tracking tools for seamless data flow.

Energy Monitoring & Solar Operations:
• Analyze solar PV system performance data to identify underperforming assets.
• Troubleshoot data gaps, inverter errors, and system downtime in collaboration with field teams.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules for solar assets.

EPC & O&M Coordination:
• Support the solar project lifecycle from design through to commissioning.
• Assist with procurement, subcontractor coordination, and compliance tracking.
• Review technical documents (layouts, electrical designs, permits) for accuracy.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, Smartsuite, and data integration tools.
• Understanding of solar PV systems, O&M, and EPC processes.
• Ability to interpret energy data, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows.
• Capable of managing multiple projects, tracking deadlines, and improving processes.
• Ability to work across technical and business teams.
• 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a high degree of attention to detail and proactivity.

Hierdie rol sal fokus op CRM-bestuur, energie-monitering, werkvloei-outomatisering en EPC/O&M prosesoptimalisering. Hoof Verantwoordelikhede:

CRM Stelsel & Batebestuur:
• Beheer en optimaliseer CRM-werkvloei om klientdata, bate rekords, waarborge, en diensversoeke te bestuur.
• Verseker ‘n gladde integrasie van CRM met energie-monitering platforms en outomatiseringsinstrumente.
• Verbeter data akkuraatheid, samewerking en verslagdoening tussen EPC- en O&M-spanne.

Projek & Werkvloei Outomatisering:
• Ontwikkel Smartsheet/Smartsuite werkvloei en dashboards om projek vordering op te spoor.
• Outomatiseer taakbestuur en verslagdoening vir verbeterde span doeltreffendheid.
• Integreer CRM en projekopsporing gereedskap vir gladde data vloei.

Energie Monitering & Sonbedrywighede:
• Ontleed son PV-stelsel prestasie data om onderpresterende bates te identifiseer.
• Troublesshoot data gaps, omvormer foute en stelsel stilstand in samewerking met veldspanne.
• Bestuur preventiewe instandhoudingskedules vir sonbates.

EPC & O&M Koördinering:
• Ondersteun die sonprojek lewensiklus van ontwerp tot kommissie.
• Help met aankope, onderaannemer koördinering, en nakoming van samewerking.
• Hersien tegniese dokumente (lêgoorde, elektriese ontwerpe, permitte) vir akkuraatheid.

Pos Vereistes:

• Ervaring met Salesforce, HubSpot, of soortgelyke CRM platforme.
• Vaardigheid in Smartsheet, Smartsuite, en data-integrasie gereedskap.
• Begrip van son PV-stelsels, O&M, en EPC prosesse.
• Vermoë om energie data te interpreteer, probleme op te los, en werkvloei te optimaliseer.
• Instaat om meerdere projekte te bestuur, sperdatums op te spoor, en prosesse te verbeter.
• Vermoë om oor tegniese en besigheidspanne te werk.
• 3 jaar ervaring in ‘n soortgelyke rol, met ‘n hoë mate van detailgeoriënteerdheid en proaktiwiteit.
