The Business Analyst will be responsible for using data analytics and system knowledge to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver recommendations and reports to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Analyse existing systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements and optimisations to improve performance and functionality
Conduct and oversee testing activities, including unit testing, system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the alignment of implementation solutions with business requirements
Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals, technical guides and system documentation to support ongoing system maintenance and user support
Oversee the change management process by conceptualizing suggestions and solutions for strategic and operational changes

Education:

Degree in Informatics, Industrial Engineer or related
3 - 5 years' experience in process and business analysis, systems analysis, design, or related
Experience with UML, data modelling and process mapping
Some project management experience
Must have experience with SQL (SQL Queries)
