Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily F&B operations across lodge dining venues and bar
• Supervise and support front-of-house service teams
• Ensure a consistently high standard of guest service in line with 5-star expectations
• Coordinate with kitchen and lodge management to ensure smooth service delivery
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and assist with ordering
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Train and mentor junior team members
• Professionally handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues

Requirements:

• 2–3 years’ experience in a luxury lodge or 5-star F&B environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent understanding of food service, wines, and premium guest etiquette
• Ability to lead under pressure and ensure attention to detail
• Relevant hospitality qualification advantageous
• Previous lodge experience highly beneficial
