Key Responsibilities:

  Provide day-to-day support for ERP systems (SAP Evolve)

  
  


• 
  

  Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in ERP system implementation and design phases

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor system performance and maintain data integrity

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with teams and end-users to enhance system functionality

  
  


• 
  

  Document processes and contribute to the knowledge base

  
  


• 
  

  Manage support tickets and coordinate with external vendors

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  IT Degree or Diploma(Degree preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Extensive SAPexperience (essential)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of Evolve

  
  


• 
  

  Manufacturing environment experience

  
  


• 
  

  ERP implementation/design experience

  
  


• 
  

  5 years in a technical/system support role

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and problem-solving skills
