Our client in the steel industry is seeking a Planning and Inventory Administrator to join them in Alberton, Gauteng. The motivated, detail orientated and organized Planning and Inventory Administrator will support the inventory and planning teams. This is a junior-level role which requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Job Title: Planning and Inventory Administrator
Geographical area: Alberton, Gauteng
Salary range: R 10 000.00 – R 13 000.00 CTC pm
The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

Assist planners with relevant documentation to be attached for production department
Assist with running stock reports
Assist with generating or checking GRV’s against delivery notes
Maintain accurate filing of physical and digital documents

Minimum qualifications and experience:

Matric with mathematics
Basic proficiency in MS Office especially MS Excel
Strong interpersonal skills
