Employer: iStaff (Pty) Ltd
A position has opened for an experienced and seasoned Sales Manager to manage and lead an existing sales team.
- Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Sales or Marketing Diploma or Degree
- At least 9 years experience in Sales
- At least 5 years management experience
- Experience with budgeting and reports
- Own car and valid license
- Develop and execute departmental sales plans and strategies.
- Maintain consistent follow-up on all new business opportunities.
- Establish and achieve sales objectives and targets for the department.
- Cultivate and maintain professional working relationships with other divisions in company
- Develop and strengthen customer relationships through collaboration and understanding their business requirements.
- Provide senior management with sales and revenue reports, along with realistic projections.
- Authorize sales quotes and oversee tender applications and procedures.
- Proactively identify and implement enhancements to improve the sales department's effectiveness.
