We are looking for a Mid-Weight Copywriter who thrives in a high-speed, high-output creative agency environment. This is not a role for the faint-hearted – we're talking about handling up to 30 jobs a day, maintaining consistency, quality, and creative impact from concept through to execution. If you're a storyteller with sharp attention to detail and the ability to switch seamlessly between brands, tones, and platforms — we want to meet you. A strong conceptual thinker with proven experience in agency environments, particularly those touching on financial services or automotive, will fit in beautifully with this young, energetic team.

Minimum Requirements:
Degree in English, Creative Writing, Media Studies or Marketing
3–5 years of proven copywriting experience (agency experience non-negotiable)
A portfolio showcasing creative, conceptual, and strategic thinking
Excellent grasp of grammar and an adaptable writing style
Strong experience writing for web, email, social, blogs, scripts, and more
Ability to interpret briefs with speed and accuracy
Experience in the financial sector or motoring industry would be advantageous
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality output
A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude

Duties and Responsibilities:
Craft compelling and on-brand copy across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, outdoor)
Collaborate closely with designers, animators, and content teams
Bring creative concepts to life through storytelling — not just listing facts
Ensure tone and messaging consistency across various media
Participate in brainstorming sessions and client presentations
Interpret client briefs and align copy with strategy and visual direction
Quality check all copy for clarity, grammar, tone, and accuracy
Stay on top of trends, platforms, and creative formats to keep content fresh
Log time accurately using internal project management tools
