Kliëntediens & Verkope

• Verkoop parte aan kliënte via telefoon en in - stap verkope

• Doen “cold calling” om nuwe kliënte te werf

• Verstaan kliënte se behoeftes en verskaf oplossings

• Bou en handhaaf sterk kliëntverhoudings

Logistiek & Administrasie

• Verseker korrekte verpakking en versending van parte

• Verwerk verkope en faktureer op Sage Accounting (voordelig)

• Verseker akkurate verkoops- en kliëntedata 

Produkte & Tegniese Kennis

• Verkry kennis van geel-masjinerie en hul parte

• Verseker kliënte ontvang presies wat hulle benodig

Doelwitbereiking

• Bereik en oorskry verkoopsdoelwitte deur selfgedrewe inisiatief

Minimum Vereistes:

• Matrieksertifikaat

• Rekenaargeletterdheid in MS Word, Excel en Office

• Geldige bestuurslisensie en eie vervoer

• Ondervinding en kennis in verkope van geel-masjienerie

💼 Salary: Basic salary + Commission on profit from personal sales

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales

• Sell parts to clients via phone and walk-in sales

• Perform cold calling to attract new clients

• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Logistics & Administration

• Ensure correct packaging and dispatch of parts

• Process sales and invoicing via Sage Accounting (advantageous)

• Ensure accurate sales and client data

Products & Technical Knowledge

• Gain knowledge of earthmoving machinery and their parts

• Ensure clients receive exactly what they need

Target Achievement

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through self-driven initiative

Unique Challenges:

• Professional handling of complaints and difficult clients

• Operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment

• Accurate identification of client parts requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric certificate (Grade 12)

• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and Office

• Valid driver’s license and own transport

• Experience and knowledge in sales of yellow machinery
