PRIMARY PURPOSE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator with an Accounting background to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, as well as maintaining accurate records related to payroll taxes and benefits. The successful candidate will assist in capturing payroll information into the accounting system accurately and assist with pulling reports and maintaining accurate payroll data

Detailed Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll processing on a monthly basis
• Verify accuracy of all payroll data entered, including employee information
• Address any discrepancies or issues with employee pay in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with HR and finance departments to ensure compliance with company policies and country laws
• Process and reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports for management on a regular basis
• Assist with audits and other financial reporting tasks as needed
• Stay informed on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  

Experience:                    

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a corporate setting
• Working knowledge of payroll software (e.g. SAGE PEOPLE 300) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong accounting skills
