With a strong footprint in the West Rand, the company is seeking a dynamic Financial Manager to join their leadership team and contribute to the financial health and strategic direction of the business.

In this role, you will report directly to the Managing Director and oversee the full financial function, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting. You’ll play a critical role in analyzing manufacturing costs, improving margins, and ensuring robust financial controls. Working closely with operations, your commercial insight will support data-driven decision-making and long-term growth.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom in Accounting 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Financial Manager role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory, and production-related finance
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities
