ASP.NET & React Experience Required

An established financial technology firm is looking for a motivated Full Stack / ASP.NET Developer to join their growing development team in Johannesburg. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a passionate Developer who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is eager to work on a CRM product within the FinTech space.

You’ll work on both new features and maintenance development across a robust tech stack including ASP.NET WebForms, ASP.NET Core, React, and Azure cloud services. This role calls for a well-rounded professional who can translate business requirements into scalable solutions while collaborating with a technical leadership team.

Qualifications:

• BSc or BEng in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with .NET development
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and solution architecture
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

Requirements:

• Proficient in ASP.NET WebForms, ASP.NET Core, and C#
• Strong skills in front-end development using React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SASS
• Experienced in SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and ADO.NET
• Familiarity with WCF, Windows Services, WebAPI, and SOA principles
• Version control with Git, and CI/CD using Jenkins or similar
• Azure Cloud, including Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus
• Comfortable creating technical specifications and performing code reviews

Key Performance Areas (KPA’s):

• Translate business requirements into functional code and features
• Develop, test, and maintain full stack applications within a FinTech CRM platform
• Perform system updates, defect resolutions, and deployment operations
• Interface with the executive technical team and report to the Technical Director
• Continuously investigate and adopt new technologies and patterns
• Contribute to technical documentation and unit testing
