Are you a skilled and experienced Resident Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer specializing in road construction? We are partnering with a leading engineering firm to find talented individuals for exciting projects in Cape Town!

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to significant infrastructure development in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Application of construction specifications.

·       Inspection of construction works and quality control.

·       Contractual documentation administration.

·       Preparing and updating cost estimates, programs, and cash flow forecasts.

·       Overseeing of site laboratories.

·       Compile and submit Variation Orders to the Employer’s Agent.

·       Monitoring Environmental Management Plans.

Qualifications:

·       BEng and Pr Eng or BTech and Pr Tech Eng.

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in Road Construction Projects.

·       Experience with SANRAL and/or Provincial Road Authorities construction projects.

·       Strong understanding of road construction principles.

·       Site communications and management experience.
