PURPOSE:To professionally install and maintain dosing equipment for customers in various commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, program, repair, and maintain electronic chemical dosing systems for laundry machines, dishwashers, and other equipment.
- Provide technical training to clients and ensure proper documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Deliver prompt service and assist with deliveries in emergencies.
- Complete service reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and provide feedback on field activities.
- Assist in stock management and ensure HSE standards on client sites.
- Support Debtors department with follow-ups as required.

Requirements:
- Qualified Electrician or Electrical Diploma.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field.
- Experience with dosing equipment and laundry machine programming.
- Proficient in MS Office and virtual communication tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
